Opening doors for women in the seafood industry

Kris Norosz, the Director of Government Affairs at Icicle Seafoods, INC., sits down with Sue Paulsen to talk about how she got started in the seafood industry. In the early days, there were not a lot of women in fishing, outside of it being the family business. Kris has represented the Petersburg Vessel Owners Association, Southeast Alaska Seiners Association & has been a voice for sustainable fishing practices. As a result she has opened doors for women who are interested in entering the seafood industry. Sue and Kris also discuss her active engagement in philanthropy throughout the state of Alaska and her contributing role to it in Petersburg.
